The FilterPac-2. Compact. Versatile. Powerful.
The FilterPac-2 is a compact versatile reverse osmosis
(“RO”) system intended for both chlorinated
and non-chlorinated feed water supplies and operates
without the need of any electricity or chemicals. Intended
for residential and light commercial applications, it
incorporates a new precise AutoFul™ shut-off system
for the important purpose of water conservation; automatically
self-cleans without any special user attention and requires
considerably less maintenance than other systems in
its category.
The FilterPac-2 offers more features, more flexibility
and is easier to upgrade. It’s ready to accommodate
a variety of new options; additional reservoirs for
additional pure water storage on hand; it accommodates
the new optional UltraV™, a snap-on ultraviolet
(UV) module for additional post-treatment and interfaces
perfectly with the latest optional Driver Booster. Designed
specifically for the FilterPac-2, the Driver Booster
enables system operation in low water pressure or high
TDS environments, or may simply be used for increasing
the overall output production capacity of a system.
EuroSystem ES series systems employ the latest ES TFC2
Release-4 Technology—developed by us and available
only from us. System performance can only be as good
as the membrane technology it employs. A membrane’s
superiority or inferiority will directly affect a system’s
rejection rate against challenge contaminates (separation
effectiveness or quality), as well as its product production
rate (capacity or yield). That’s why we invented
early TFC2 technology back in 1986. Today, our ES TFC2™
membrane is made of a proprietary Thin-Film C2 composite
that offers greater structural stability and increased
chemical tolerance. It operates more effectively at
lower pressures, and delivers a higher quality yield
faster than its counterparts, even when challenged in
demanding brackish water environments. It is precisely
such problematic areas where EuroSystem Technology remains
at the helm today, benefiting companies worldwide. ES
series system performance specifications remain far
above industry standards, in most cases double that
of standard run-of-the-mill RO. The ability to operate
effectively in higher contaminated environments is a
demonstration of its superiority over others in its
class.
The new FilterPac-2, a new addition to the already
fierce ES series lineup—dependable products that
perform no matter how demanding the environment.
Why Reverse Osmosis?
Reverse Osmosis (“RO”) is a membrane separation
technology capable of removing a broad range of contaminants:
sodium, nitrates, toxic metals, arsenic, lead, mercury,
aluminum, pesticides, herbicides, trihalomethanes, bacteria,
radioactive substances and much more. RO purification
and simple water filtration are not the same. Basic
filters are only able to trap and store a few basic
impurities at best, whereas RO purification is able
to produce high-purity water low in Total Dissolved
Solids (‘TDS”) even in adverse environments.
Simply no other technology can remove the broad spectrum
of contaminants and deliver the overall water purity
and taste of a RO system. Today, reverse osmosis separation
technology is so effective some major bottle water brands
use the method for processing the bottle water they
deliver at a premium cost.
Facts
about drinking water
Why the new FilterPac-2 is so superior
Fully automatic. No interaction is
needed by the end-user and it requires considerably
less maintenance than most systems in its category.
Expandability. By use of expandable
Membrane Module Kits, production is increased in a snap;
just install a Membrane Module Kit and you’ve
increased the production capacity of your system. This
extraordinary feature means your system can grow if
your needs grow for more pure water down the line.
Ice-maker ready. May be connected
easily to any standard ice-maker or hot and cold water
dispenser.
AutoFul shut-off. Operates fully automatic
without any special attention; system automatically
shuts-off whenever a full reservoir level is detected,
preventing unnecessary wasted water. The AutoFul system
interfaces with all types of optional storage reservoirs.
Self-cleaning system. Automatically
self cleans during normal operation, prolonging the
life of the membrane and enabling higher levels of recovery
and rejection.
Membrane ES TFC2™ (Release-4).
Made of an exclusive Thin-Film C2 aromatic polyamide
composite ND, offers higher rejection, greater structural
stability and operates more effectively at lower pressures.
EuroSystem ES TFC2 Release-4 Technology remains unparalleled—typically
delivering twice the performance in half the space of
its counterparts.
Self-cleaning. Automatically self-cleans
by use of a special flow design that actually scrubs
the surface of the membrane; enables longer membrane
life, higher levels of recovery and unparalleled levels
of rejection.
Special LR Faucet. Long Reach faucet
provides additional distance from a sink or for use
in filling large containers. Incorporates two smooth
handle positions: intermittent or continuous open flow;
easy to install anywhere and serviceable by replaceable
valve kit.
Pressure connectors. Made of high-pressure
grade polypropylene, employs unique fitted tube inserts
and sleeves capable of withstanding a continuous high
pressure that would destroy connectors in most systems.
True graded density Pre-filtration. Commercial
grade thermally bonded bi-component fiber cartridges
offering true graded density, removes sediment and rust
an average of 40% better than conventional types found
in most residential systems. The benefits are longer
cartridge life, lower frequency of service and improved
overall system protection.
Special carbon media cartridge. A
proprietary blend of granular activated carbon, effectively
removes chlorine and chloramines assuring superior protection
for the life of the TFC2™ membrane.
Post-filtration TCR. Toxic Contaminant
Removal, additional protection for the final post-treatment,
contains special activated carbon to significantly reduce
high levels of organic chemicals, dissolved gasses and
unpleasant tastes and odors. Optional on most systems—standard
on the FilterPac-2.
Reservoir 12L. Hydro pneumatic storage
vessel stores 8 to 10 liters of pure water for distribution
on demand, made of non-corrosive materials and designed
specifically for high-purity water. May be placed in
a vertical or horizontal position and serviceable by
a removable water cell.
Special materials. US-FDA compliant
and/or US-NSF listed. All wetted parts are made with
the finest non-corrosive materials and approved for
use with water intended for human consumption.
Installation Kit. Included are all
the necessary items for a standard quick and easy installation.
FilterPac-2 systems are completely assembled, factory
tested and ready to install. Basic installation normally
requires 60 minutes.
Worldwide support. Need an optional
accessory—or a spare part? Technical support,
accessories, service cartridges and replacement parts
are available worldwide from various fulfillment centers—fast.

1. Based on 250 mg/liter Total Dissolved Solids (“TDS”)
or NaCI at 25 degrees C (77 degrees F), feed pressure
4.0 Kg/cm2 (60.PSI). Performance of the reverse osmosis
membrane element is affected by net driving pressure,
feed water temperature, TDS and local water chemistry.
These factors must be taken into account when comparing
or evaluating the performance of a membrane element
or reverse osmosis system. For production capacity in
gallons divide by 3.785
2. System recovery is factory pre-set; adjustments
remain possible on all models. Actual recovery performance
is influenced by feed water temperature, Total Dissolved
Solids (“TDS”) and local water chemistry.
3. Recommended limits for maximum membrane life. If
the source is a private well, a complete water analysis
should be evaluated to determine proper pre-treatment.
4. The optional Driver Booster is required for installations
where Total Dissolved Solids (“TDS”) exceed
2000 mg/liter and/or where the feed water pressure is
below 2.5 Kg/cm2 (36.PSI).

6. The installation and operation of our ES series
systems are surprisingly quick and easy. All models
are completely assembled, factory tested and ready to

residential applications or anywhere a water supply

and easy installation are included with each system.
Systems include an easy to understand installation/operating
